Your sales aren't
your profit.

Drop in the settlement report from Seller Central and see where your payout went: every Amazon fee, profit per SKU after your product costs, and any rows that don't add up.

LESS BUSYWORK. MORE UNDERSTANDING.

From a wall of rows
to a useful next step.

You don't need another dashboard to maintain. Just a little help reading the report you already have.

01 / IMPORT

Start with what
Amazon actually reported.

Drop in a settlement file. We'll group the rows by SKU and separate revenue, fees, promotions and account-level movements.

02 / ADD CONTEXT

A sale means more
when you know its cost.

Add your product costs to go beyond net proceeds. Missing costs stay clearly flagged; they don't magically become zero.

03 / LOOK CLOSER

Know which numbers
deserve your attention.

Check settlement reconciliation, negative SKU results and unmapped amounts. Export the details for your own review.

Clear numbers. Clear limits.

A settlement isn't your entire business. This tool only knows what's in your report and the costs you add. It can't verify Amazon's fee rates, find every overcharge or include expenses billed elsewhere. Review flags are starting points — not accounting advice.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
drop that file.

Private by design.
Upfront about the details.

Does my settlement file leave my device?

No. Parsing, calculations and exports happen in your browser. There is no account, upload endpoint or analytics tracking. After the page loads, the tool also works offline. Nothing is saved when you close or refresh the page.

Which report do I need?

Use the Amazon Flat File V2 Settlement Report, available in Seller Central's settlement / payments reports. CSV, TXT and TSV are supported. A sales dashboard export or a PDF isn't the same report. Read the report guide.

Is this my complete business profit?

No. Net proceeds include the revenue, fees, promotions and other amounts present in your settlement, excluding pass-through tax and reserve movements. Adding per-unit costs gives profit after those supplied costs, not a complete business P&L. Separately billed ads, overhead and missing costs are not included.

What does the audit actually check?

It checks whether line items match the settlement total, highlights negative SKU results and surfaces unmapped amount descriptions. These are review flags, not proof of an overcharge or a guarantee of reimbursement.

Is it really free?

Yes. The current tool is free and open source, with no signup or paid report quota. Files up to 30 MB are supported to keep processing manageable in your browser. A separate Pro version is only a plan; it isn't available for purchase.

Can I use Walmart or Temu reports?

Not yet. The tool currently reads Amazon settlement files only. Our Walmart and Temu articles are informational guides, not supported import formats.
